Visitors to Trent Bridge can now get a guided tour of the world’s third oldest Test ground every Tuesday thanks to retail manager John Ellison and his tour assistant Alan Odell.

For just £2 you can find out all about the history of the ground, from its humble beginnings as a plot of land connected to the Trent Bridge Inn to the building of the modern state-of-the-art facilities of the Radcliffe Road Stand.

The 90-minute tour also takes in a visit to the Long Room, Pavilion and the Library, where archivist Peter Wynne-Thomas will be able to answer any of your questions about Notts and Trent Bridge.

Tours are every Tuesday at 2pm, starting at the Trent Bridge shop in the TBI car park.

Tours are also available for private parties or individuals on other dates when pre-booked.
