Bank ups interest in Outlaws
We're banking on securing even more one-day success in 2005 after signing a major new sponsorship deal with Yorkshire Bank.
The company logo will appear on the front of our newly-designed green shirts in both the totesport League and Twenty20 Cup competitions.
Carl Dickinson, Yorkshire Bank's managing partner for Nottingham said: "Yorkshire Bank is proud to be the official sponsor of the Notts Outlaws.
"Just as the Twenty20 Cup and limited overs competitions have changed the perception of cricket, so we want to change the face of banking in the UK."
Nottinghamshire's acting chief executive Lisa Pursehouse said: "The Notts Outlaws and Yorkshire Bank are similar in many ways because having established a solid base in our respective fields, we are both now hungry for more success.
"For that reason it was only natural that a company with big expansion plans for the East Midlands would look to join forces with a highly successful sports team in the region.
"We are delighted they have chosen the Notts Outlaws and would like to welcome Yorkshire Bank as our new partner for 2005."
