Tickets went on sale this week for the final day of the fourth npowerTest which takes place at Trent Bridge from August 25-29, and alreadymore than 5,000 have been snapped up.

It?s the first time that Notts have made fifth day tickets available inadvance and Commercial Director Lisa Pursehouse said: ?It?s proved tobe a very good decision because clearly the demand for Ashes tickets isas great as ever.

?Our usual system with tickets for the final day of a Test is to makean assessment of the match situation late on day four but we didn?twant to have 10,000 people queuing to get in to Trent Bridge on thefinal morning.

?There are no guarantees, of course, that the game will get to thefifth day but the feedback we?ve had from England fans is that if itdoes look like going the distance, they want to be there.?

Tickets cost just ?10 for adults and ?5 for juniors and in the event ofthe Test finishing before day five or bad weather preventing any playat all, a full refund will automatically be given to the purchaser.

But if even one ball is bowled, no refund will be available.

There are still plenty more tickets available which can be bought fromthe Trent Bridge Ticket Office in person or by phone on 0870 168 8888.
