No waltz for Strauss - Read
Tickets cost ?13 for adults and ?7 for concessions, with a family ticket priced at ?30.
The Middlesex opener is currently ranked ninth in the LG world rankings after his successful winter tour of South Africa and his England colleague Chris Read is looking forward to the challenge.
He said: ?With the central contract system it?s not often you get the chance to play against England?s best and I hope there?ll be a big crowd in to watch the game.
?Strauss? form over the past 12 months shows what an excellent player he is and it?s going to be an exciting day?s cricket.
?We know he?s a dangerman but Middlesex are a very strong one-day unit. We?ve had some very competitive matches with them in the past and he only adds to the challenge.
?We?re all looking forward to taking him on in the first game of the season and our first game back in Division One.?
Mick Newell has named his full strength squad for the match, with the exception of Stephen Fleming, who will not arrive in England from New Zealand in time for the game.
Jason Gallian will be captain in his absence.
Mark Ealham is expected to recover from tonsillitis in time for the game but Samit Patel is on stand-by to replace him.
