Young cricket supporters will be able to watch England’s ICC World Twenty20 winner Stuart Broad in action for £1 when Notts Outlaws play a Friends Provident t20 fixture against Worcestershire Royals at Trent Bridge on Sunday 13th June (play starts 2.30pm).

Broad has also been cleared to play for Notts against Lancashire Lightning on Monday 15th June (6.10pm) and will line up alongside Australian internationals David Hussey and Dirk Nannes.

“Stuart Broad has been working through an intensive strengthening programme and as part of their return to cricket both players will take part in the Friends Provident t20 over the coming weeks,” said National Selector Geoff Miller.

"This competition will be an excellent lead in to England's first limited overs series of the summer starting with an ODI against Scotland followed by the NatWest Series against Australia.

“I know both players are excited by the prospect of playing in what is an extremely challenging and exciting Twenty20 competition."

Notts Outlaws begin their home Friends Provident t20 campaign against Derbyshire Falcons at Trent Bridge on Friday 11th June (6pm).

Broad was in devastating form when he last represented Nottinghamshire taking five wickets to establish a winning platform against Somerset in the LV= County Championship.

‘Kids for a quid’ tickets for Notts Outlaws’ game against Worcestershire Royals are available until 1pm on Saturday 12th June. Tickets bought on the gate at Friends Provident t20 matches at Trent Bridge cost £15 for adults (£12 in advance), £15 for senior citizens (£7 in advance)  and £8 for under 16s (£7 in advance, £1 for Notts Outlaws v Worcestershire Royals).
