An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Community & Development Department at Trent Bridge working closely with the Nottinghamshire Cricket Board Ltd.

You will be responsible for delivering the Workforce Development Strategy on behalf of the recreational game.

You will have experience of working in Sports Development, with an understanding of Coach Education, Leadership, and working with the third sector.
 
A key element of this post will be your ability to build good working relationships with Coaches, Leaders, Officials and Groundsmen.
