Nottinghamshire Captains Chris Read and David Hussey will address a members' lunch in the Derek Randall Suite ahead of the Investec Ashes Series opener at Trent Bridge.

The duo will host a question and answer session and reflect on their own experiences on the international scene as well as their careers at Trent Bridge after a three course lunch with coffee on Thursday 4 July.

Chris Read has amassed almost 13,000 runs for Nottinghamshire since making his first class debut in 1997 and kept wicket in 15 Tests and 36 One Day Internationals.

David Hussey is set to return to Trent Bridge on 21 June for his latest stint with the county he first joined in 2004.

"There are lots of things I enjoy about playing for Notts," said Hussey

"But the characters in the dressing room, the atmosphere at Trent Bridge and the fact that the team are always competitive are the main reasons.

"I have a great relationship with Chris Read and we have some good discussions about how we want to play things."

BBC East Midlands Today Sports Presenter Colin Hazelden will host the event with tickets on sale now priced £25.
