Trent Bridge will play host to the 23rd meeting between the Notts Outlaws and the Durham Jets on Friday night, as Mick Newell's side look to extend their advantage over their North Group rivals.

Since the inception of the T20 format back in 2003, the Outlaws have won 11 and lost eight of their encounters with the Jets, with three matches, all at Chester-le-Street, abandoned without a ball being bowled.

Over the 19 completed matches between the sides, there has been 6,068 runs, 149 sixes, 530 fours and 249 wickets shared between the sides.

The Outlaws lead in all areas, with 3,099 runs to the Jets’ 2,969, heading the sixes with 87 to Durham’s 62, scoring 269 fours compared to the Jets’ 261 and taking 131 wickets, 13 more than Friday’s counterparts.

In that period Riki Wessels has scored the most runs for the Outlaws, 348 in eight matches, 51 less than Phil Mustard, the Durham opener who has featured in every one of the 19 matches.

On the bowling side, Darren Pattinson took 18 wickets in his nine matches for the Outlaws with Durham's former off-spinner Gareth Breese one behind on 17 from his 13 appearances.
