Louis Kimber’s half-century and a trio of wickets for Louis Bhabra were not enough to prevent Nottinghamshire’s Academy from slipping to defeat against Radcliffe-on-Trent.
Josh Mierkalns, a familiar face having played four first team matches for Notts back in 2006, top-scored with 101 as Radcliffe posted 219 all out from 49.3 overs after winning the toss and electing to bat.
The Academy were all out for 184 in reply.
