2022 marks a return to Green and Gold for Dan Christian, a year on from international duty rendering him unavailable for the duration of Nottinghamshire's 2021 Vitality Blast campaign.
The Austrlian wrote himself into Outlaws folklore, however, by leading the side to the domestic T20 trophy in 2017 and 2020.
The all-rounder scored 356 runs at an average of 35.60 and with a strike rate of 153.44 in the 2017 title-winning campaign, as well as taking 11 wickets at 23.54, with an economy rate of 9.65.
His form since then has been no less impressive, with the right-hander hitting the second-fastest century in English domestic cricket history when smashing 113* against Northants in 2018.
In 2020, Christian was named man of the match in both of the Outlaws' Finals Day fixtures, hitting four successive sixes to carry his side past Lancashire in the semi-final before producing a miserly bowling spell in the final against Surrey.
A marker of his expertise and experience within the format, Christian has collected domestic T20 trophies in Australia, the Caribbean and South Africa in addition to successes with Notts and Hampshire in England.
