5 ONLINE STRENGTH PROGRAMME This program has been put together to provide you and your child with some foundational movement skills. By no means are we guaranteeing that they will become better athletes or cricketers in a matter of weeks however, adherence to the programme will provide them with some foundational movement skills to build upon. This is a cricket specific strength & conditioning program, designed for your child to complete as a whole or in parts depending on your training needs and time available. We have put an emphasis on lower body, upper body, plyometrics and trunk strength to reduce your child’s chances of injury and improve their athletic robustness. The program contains 3 levels for each section, with 4 exercises in each level. Each level should take a maximum of 15 minutes to complete.
