Encourage every child in Nottinghamshire to take up an opportunity to engage with a cricket. Grow cricket participation in schools. Provide relevant formats and competitions for junior players. WOMEN & GIRLS Attract & retain more women and girls in cricket by improving the culture, behaviour & attitudes within the game Increase the number and quality of opportunities for women and girls to engage in cricket. Increase the number of clubs with offers for women & girls increase the number of women in cricket leadership roles. CLUBS & LEAGUES To grow and sustain a club and league network that listens and responds to meet the needs of its members. Build a strong, sustainable and inclusive club network Improve the quality and accessibility of cricket facilities. Support clubs and leagues to be safe, friendly and inclusive places for anyone to access cricket. WORKFORCE Increase & improve the quality and diversity of our workforce of officials, coaches, grounds people and volunteers Grow, train and retain the number of officials, coaches, grounds people and volunteers. Develop a more diverse workforce across the game. Establish a countywide system to manage the deployment of officials and volunteers. COMMUNITY Linking our communities and partners together to make cricket more visible and accessible to all. Engage and inspire diverse communities to engage with cricket. Increase the number of opportunities for disabled people to play and engage in cricket.
