We have two delightful day delegate packages for you to choose from:

Red-ball Roller

On County Championship matchdays at Trent Bridge, business bookers are cordially invited to accompany their next corporate conference with the smell of fresh cut grass, a game of quintessentially English cricket and a backdrop of one of our nation’s finest sporting theatres – all at a cost of £25 per hour.

This offer is available between 9am and 6pm on Nottinghamshire's home First-Class matchdays.

You and up to nine guests can take advantage of this splendid proposition in the state-of-the-art Radcliffe Road Stand for a period of up to three hours before our usual rates start to apply.

Even then, should you wish to stay and watch our players play, you can do so from the pristine white seats of the stands at no extra cost.

Paid refreshments will be a mere amble away, our Wifi is every bit as rapid as the fastest of the bowlers on show outside – and we wouldn’t dream of making you pay to park.

Limited Overs

If you’re with us for more than just a couple of hours, our limited overs delegate package offers exceptional value and everything you need to keep your team firing on all cylinders for the whole day. Priced at £30.50 + VAT per person (minimum of 10 delegates):

  • A room with a view of our World famous venue
  • Tea and coffee with breakfast on arrival
  • Mid-morning tea and coffee with tasty homemade cookies
  • Light working lunch consisting of homemade soup and sandwiches, a fresh fruit platter, tea and coffee

All Rounder

Our jolly good All Rounder day delegate package is priced at £38 + VAT per person (minimum of 10 delegates) and includes the following marvels:

Trent Bridge is more than merely function rooms with a backdrop of one of the world’s leading lawns.

From the medieval vibe of our outdoor courtyard, to the welcoming waft of aged paper in our vast and historic library, kiss goodbye to generic eventing and accept our invitation to jolly well explore.

Our ground-staff, meanwhile, are so welcoming and jolly, you’re usually welcome to grace the hallowed turf, just so long as you stay off our neatly curated square. Add a behind the scenes ground tour to your meeting, have drinks in our bar library based within Restaurant Six, treat your esteemed guests to match tickets – the world really is your oyster.

There’s also mightily entertaining fun to be had with messages on our big screen come scoreboard.
