Trent Bridge Community Trust - Impact Report 2025

The Trent Bridge Community Trust Social Impact Evaluation 2025 sets out to understand the social and community benefits of the Trust’s activities. It aims to offer insight into the difference that the Trust makes for participants and the local community. Specifically, the evaluation explores impact measures related to the Trust’s three core pillars: Health and wellbeing (physical and mental); Training and development of life skills; Community development; as well as Additional programme benefits. The results of the evaluation were analysed to understand: Findings showcasing the headline impact of the Trent Bridge Community Trust programmes. Comparison against national and local benchmarks where available. Trends by participants’ duration of engagement with Trent Bridge Community Trust (where data allowed). Throughout Autumn 2025, Evid Impact collaborated with Trent Bridge Community Trust to develop a bespoke, Trust-wide impact framework. The framework contains common measures applicable to all programmes within scope, supported by a tailored measure for specific programmes. Social impact indicators used in the framework were consistent with those used by benchmark organisations - UK government and Sport England. In addition, the evaluation uses bespoke measures directly aligned to Trent Bridge Community Trust’s delivery. Data was collected from individuals who engaged with Trent Bridge Community Trust as participants, parents/carers of participants, or volunteers through surveys across 29 October to 21 November 2025, gathering 338 valid responses, including 241 participant responses. Findings have been split by Juniors (11-16s), Adults (16+), parents / carers and volunteers. Programme analysis has been undertaken for programmes with more than 15 participant responses.
