Surrey, whom Notts saw off in a thrilling title race this year, are one of the quintet who will be met twice, as are Somerset, Yorkshire, Warwickshire and neighbours Leicestershire.
Following an agreed change, the usage of the Kookaburra ball has been scrapped, with all 14 rounds from next summer set to use the Dukes ball.
The first meeting with the Brown Caps is set to begin on Friday 8 May at Trent Bridge, with the return fixture taking place at the Kia Oval from Thursday 20 August.
Leicestershire will host their first Division One meeting with Nottinghamshire since 2003 from Friday 1 May, while the Trent Bridge encounter is set to start on Wednesday 2 September.
Other highlights include a hosting of the other promoted outfit, Glamorgan, in Trent Bridge’s first game from Friday 10 April, as well as a trip to the Hove seaside to take on Sussex from Tuesday 15 September.
Additionally, two red-ball pre-season friendlies have also been confirmed, with Notts set to host Loughborough UCCE for three days from Tuesday 24 March, before also welcoming Middlesex to Trent Bridge for two days on Sunday 29 and Monday 30 March.
