Using sport as a vehicle to boost mental wellbeing

If your mental wellbeing feels in need of a boost, Notts in Mind is here to help.

 

The free 12-week programme uses sport and physical activity to:

  • Increase self-esteem
  • Build confidence
  • Improve fitness levels
  • Meet new people
  • Develop support networks

Designed especially for young people who feel in need of support, Notts in Mind sessions are organised by qualified coaches and take place in a safe environment.

The sessions are the perfect way to introduce yourself to a new sport or activity, and to find a release from the stresses and strains of everyday life.

When?

Thursdays between 10.30am and 12pm

Where?

Cotgrave Leisure Centre, Woodview, Cotgrave, Nottingham NG12 3PJ
