Harry Podmore took five wickets for Kent as the home side chalked up a 285 run victory over Nottinghamshire at Tunbridge Wells.

Overnight centurion Joe Denly finished on 167* as Kent declared their second innings on 365-5, leaving Notts chasing a nominal target of 406 from the remaining 85 overs.

The visitors were dismissed for 120 shortly before tea, Ben Duckett having top scored with 23.
