Peter Moores admitted Notts Outlaws have failed to hit their straps in the Vitality Blast after being beaten by Leicestershire Foxes at Trent Bridge.

Late first innings hitting from Ben Mike, who scored 29 from 12 deliveries, handed the momentum to the visitors despire Notts restricting the Foxes to 73/3 at the halfway stage.

In response to the visitors' 171, Alex Hales top scored with 55, but no other batter made more than 12.

The Head Coach said an inability to find gaps in the field and strike boundaries held the Outlaws back from what would have been their second win of the season against the Foxes in the T20 competition, and expressed the importance of Notts' final four games of the season.
