Trent Rockets are inviting grassroots cricket clubs to nominate a junior player who shows what it means to be a brilliant teammate.
At Trent Rockets, we believe great teams are built on more than talent. They are shaped by the players who encourage others, celebrate their teammates, bring positive energy and help make cricket welcoming for everyone.
Clubs might consider nominating a junior who has shown resilience, worked hard to improve, supported others or simply made their team or club a better place to play cricket.
At least three winners will be selected by a judging panel including Trent Rockets players. Each winner will be invited onto the pitch to take part in the coin toss or ceremonial ball delivery at a Trent Rockets match at Trent Bridge.
Winners will also receive complimentary tickets for their junior team and family to come and cheer them on.
This is not about being the best player. It is about being a great teammate.
Nominations close on Sunday 26 July 2026.
Winners will be contacted by Tuesday 28 July 2026.
