With dedicated family facilities and plenty to keep younger fans entertained, Trent Bridge is set up to make matchdays easy for families - from free junior wristbands and family-friendly activities, to baby-changing and breastfeeding-friendly spaces, plus sensory bags and a quiet area if anyone needs time out. Take a look at our first-time families mini-plan below and full information for families is further down.

First-time families mini-plan

3 things to do before play

1) Pick your base and get set up early: if you’re visiting as a family, head for the designated family areas (including the alcohol-free family zone) and get everyone comfortable before the first ball.
2) Collect a junior wristband (if you’re with children): pick one up from gate stewards, Radcliffe Road Reception or the Ticket Office, and fill in the contact details on the reverse.
3) Dive into the free activities: follow the Road to Rebellion - a fun QR code scavenger hunt and win prizes, collect your first time fan certificate, or sample our other free family entertainment (face painting and glitter tattoos are regular favourites).

3 things to spot during play

1) Keep your eyes out for big hits! See a 6 and lift up your '6 card' with everyone else
2) Nuts the Squirrel: keep an eye out for our cheeky mascot roaming the ground (and occasionally appearing on the big screen).
3) Little “in-between” moments: look out for big-screen prompts, crowd challenges and quick-hit activations that pop up around overs, wickets and boundaries (these vary by fixture).

One thing to do after play

Meet the players: after every home Vitality Blast match, supporters are invited to meet the team for selfies and autographs, with autograph cards provided.

Free family matchday entertainment

If you can tear yourself away from the on-field action, we’re laying on a host of free family-friendly fun, including on 22 May:

  • Face painting
  • Glitter tattoos
  • QR code scavenger hunt 'The Road to Rebellion'
  • Retro videogames
  • Robind Hood/ Rebel Stiltwalkers
  • Miss Sparkles balloon modeller
  • Spin to win
  • Slimline selfie pod
  • Live DJ performances from Jez Prince at the Sound Bar, in the TBI Courtyard

Meet the players

At the conclusion of each and every home game in the Blast, you’re invited to meet the players.

Our squad will be on hand for selfies galore, and we'll provide the autograph cards for you to gather the signatures of your cricket heroes.

The Blaze will sign autographs after their games in front of the Bridgford Road Stand, while the Outlaws will sign autographs in front of the Radcliffe Road Stand, with supporters invited to make their way onto the Trent Bridge turf.

QR Scavenger Hunt - The Road to Rebellion

Join our matchday QR scavenger hunt, The Road to Rebellion, and uncover Trent Bridge trivia as you go. Start at Rebel HQ, then visit the Safehouses around the Bridgford Road, William Clarke and Radcliffe Road stands. There are 10 scannable QR codes in total - scan each one to reveal a Rebel Code, note it down on your trail card, and keep moving until you’ve collected the full set. Once your card is complete, head to Contraband Claim (the prize desk at reception) to redeem your reward. Learn more about The Road to Rebellion here..

Nuts the squirrel

Nottinghamshire’s favourite woodland mischief-maker is back for 2026 – and he’s feeling cheekier than ever.

Meet Nuts the Squirrel as he roams around our venue during each matchday – and you may even get the chance to join him on the big screen during the game.

Trent Bridge Shop

For souvenirs, replica shirts, bats, balls and training wear, our Club Shop is located at the rear of the Radcliffe Road stand, near to the reception entrance on the ground floor.

The Club Shop will be open throughout the fixture.

Smaller retail units will also be available in the TBI Courtyard and Acrisure Stand.

Toilet, baby changing and baby feeding

Toilet facilities will be open and signposted around the ground, with stewards on hand to guide you to your nearest facility. These will include a Mobiloo accessible toilet, with an adult-sized changing bench and a hoist, situated near the Radcliffe Road West Gate.

Kindly note that access to accessible toilets is available via a Radar key, which can be collected from our stewards or volunteers.

Baby changing facilities are available in the William Clarke Stand ladies’ toilets, the Bridgford Road Stand toilets, the Hound Road ladies’ toilets, in the Radcliffe Road Stand (on the concourse, beside Radcliffe Road reception, on the East wing of the first floor), in the Acrisure Stand, and in the accessible toilet to the rear of the Acrisure Stand. Please feel free to ask any volunteer or steward for directions.

We're proud to be recognised as a Breastfeeding Friendly in Rushcliffe certified venue, with a private baby feeding room and quiet space available in the Radcliffe Road Stand, next to reception. This space includes a baby change accessories, comfortable feeding chair and calming projector.

Sensory bags

A limited number of Trent Bridge sensory bags will be available to borrow for the duration of the match, which can be collected from the Radcliffe Road Reception or the ticket office.

Bags will include some of the following items: kids-sized ear defenders, binoculars, fidget items and a set of emotion cards. Please ensure you return the bag and its items at the end of the game for others to enjoy.

A quiet room is also available next to the Radcliffe Road Reception for those families with a neurodiverse youngster that need a place to retreat for a little while.

First Aid

First Aid facilities will be available at the rear of the Radcliffe Road and Bridgford Road Stands.

Junior wristbands

All spectators visiting with children can take advantage of our free wrist band system. Simply collect your band from one of our gate stewards or volunteers.

On the reverse of your wrist band, where details are well hidden from view, simply complete the following information:

•    Parent/guardian’s name
•    Contact phone number whilst in the ground
•    Your stand and seat location
•    Date

These details will then help a steward reunite you with your child should you become separated or should he or she get lost around the ground.
