Seats are available at a discounted price for the day?s play on August 29 and Notts are hoping for another full house to add to the record sales before Christmas, which saw the ground sell out for the first four days within 48 hours.

Notts? Commercial Director Lisa Pursehouse said: "The demand for tickets for the first four days of the Test was unprecedented. We fully expect a similar rush for day five and our ticket office staff will be ready and waiting.

"This looks like it will be the closest Ashes series in years and as we are hosting the fourth Test, the Bank Holiday Monday could prove to be a historic day.

"Our usual system with tickets for the final day is to make an assessment of the match situation late on day four but we didn?t want to have 10,000 people queuing to get in to Trent Bridge on the final morning.

"That?s why we have made seats available in advance but it?s only fair to offer tickets at a reduced rate because there may only be a few overs bowled."

Tickets will be available at ?10 for adults and ?5 for juniors and can be bought from the Ticket Office in person or over the phone on 0870 168 8888.

In the event of the Test finishing before day five or bad weather preventing any play at all, a full refund will automatically be given to the purchaser.

But if even one ball is bowled, no refund will be available.
