The 2006 finalists both go into theeagerly-awaited rematch with 100 per cent records so far, and Fleming islooking for another Notts win to generate momentum towards a quarter-finalplace.
He said: "We have improved and worked veryhard on winning the key moments within a game, something we've been able to doin our two matches so far.
"The players are beginning to understandwhy we're winning games, which makes it easier to repeat and do again andagain.
"You still need an element of luck in suchshort and tight matches, but you can create your own luck by playing goodpercentage cricket."
Following three years of disappointingresults, Fleming introduced a fresh programme of thorough and detailedpreparation last year, which paid off with a run all the way to Finals Day atTrent Bridge.
Similar plans have proved successfulagainst Derbyshire Phantoms and Lancashire Lightning and the Kiwi knows theplayers will need to stay focused against one of the most accomplished Twenty20teams in the country.
He added: "If we can get another win wewill be on a roll and properly into Twenty20 mode. It's a tough campaignbecause you can really only afford one defeat to be confident of qualifying.
"But we're starting to win the close gamesnow and we can do that again against Leicestershire."
Will Jefferson suffered another hamstringinjury in the field against Lancashire and will not play again in the groupstages.
