Academy spinner Scott Elstone took 5-47 in the first innings as the Notts Second XI beat Worcestershire Second XI by 137 runs.
Captain Rob Ferley finished with match figures of 9-91 and Will Jefferson hit a first innings 146 to put Notts in control.
“Will Jefferson was the difference between the two sides but it was a good team performance over the three days,” said Notts Coach Wayne Noon.
“He worked well with the other batsmen and caught well in the slips which is exactly what we asked of him.
“Scott Elstone bowled the best I’ve seen from him with pace and control and he deserved his wickets.”
Mark Footitt got through 19 overs on his return to action after back surgery and hit 47 off 26 with the bat.
