Lindley Catering is looking to appoint a General Manager for its Joint Venture Operation with Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club.

Based at Trent Bridge Cricket Ground, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Manager who is looking for a progressive and challenging role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day running of this busy and diverse operation, which serves both a leisure and corporate market.

You will need to demonstrate your ability to manage a commercial business within the hospitality sector and have a proven track record of operating in a high growth and
fast-paced business.

You must demonstrate efficient financial management and have the ability to pro-actively interpret management accounts.

You should have a ‘hands-on’ approach, an eye for detail, a passion for excellent customer service and the ability to drive the business forward.

A key focus of the role will be the development and training of the catering team to deliver consistently high standards so you must show genuine enthusiasm and the ability to inspire people.

You must have at least three years management experience and a previous background in hotel management would be advantageous.
