Coetzer, the visitor’s centurion in the Trophy Match on Monday was the first to go, clean bowled by Footitt. Footitt then took a diving catch at mid wicket to dismiss Ben Harmison and claimed a further wicket when Stokes was caught in the slips by Kevin O'Brien.

Scott Borthwick scored 30 before Andrew Carter continued the attack having him leg before and then took three further wickets to end with 4-55. Footitt then came back to claim his fifth victim having Hindmarch lbw.
