Nottinghamshire batsman Adam Voges has been named in Australia’s 13-man squad for two Twenty20 Internationals against England.
The Old Trafford fixtures take place on Sunday 30 August and Tuesday 1 September, ruling Voges out of Notts’ NatWest Pro40 game against Worcestershire at Trent Bridge on August 29.
Voges enjoyed a successful ‘A’ tour against Pakistan, vice-captaining his nation to series victories in all forms of the game.
David Hussey is also in the squad but Test captain Ricky Ponting misses out.
