LV= County Champions Nottinghamshire have signed a new sponsorship agreement with accountants and business advisers PKF.

PKF have backed the team for the past ten years and have underlined their commitment by extending the deal for a further three years.

"As a Nottingham boy born and bred, I am extremely proud of the achievements of Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club,” said PKF Partner Paul Ellis.

“I am also thrilled that PKF have been so closely involved as the Club's major sponsors."

In addition to securing branding rights on the club’s LV= County Championship playing shirts, PKF continue to award a player of the month prize to first team players and have helped to drive forward the club’s community offering by financing the qualifications of aspirant coaches and providing Kwik Cricket sets for local schools.

“We are very keen to promote cricket at grass roots level and we value the opportunity to align ourselves with the club’s community offering,” said Paul.

“We have worked very closely with the club to encourage children in pupils around the City to pursue their interest in the game.”

Nottinghamshire Chief Executive Derek Brewer paid tribute to PKF for their unwavering support.

“We pride ourselves on forging meaningful partnerships with organisations that share our values and our relationship with PKF continues to embody that,” said Derek.

“Both ourselves and PKF work extremely hard to ensure that our partnership remains mutually beneficial and it is a clear demonstration of the success of those efforts that we will now go forwards having already enjoyed ten years together.”
