England Captain Andrew Strauss hopes to wrap up a series win when England contest the Second Investec Test against West Indies at Trent Bridge from Friday.

The hosts have named an unchanged 13-man squad with Graham Onions and Steve Finn the players outside the winning eleven.

"We came here with expectations of winning and hopefully we can go on and do the same at Trent Bridge,” said Strauss who returned to form with a first innings century.

"It was lovely to score that hundred and when you do that in a winning cause it makes it all the more special.

"It has been a little while coming, there's been a bit of chat and it's good to get the monkey off my back. You know it's a talking point and the only way to keep people quiet is to go out and perform.

"I was happy and relieved to get those runs, but I never felt they were unobtainable."

Nottinghamshire’s Stuart Broad became the first player to take more than 10 wickets in a Lord’s Test since 1978 and moved above England teammates Jimmy Anderson and Graeme Swann to reach number three in the world Test bowling rankings.
