Notts Outlaws face Somerset at Trent Bridge today in the second Yorkshire Bank 40 Semi-final.

Both sides will be eyeing a trip to Lord’s for the competition’s final against Glamorgan on Saturday 21 September, after the Welsh side saw off Hampshire on Saturday.

“We feel prepared and confident,” said Director of Cricket Mick Newell.

“This is a big match, against a very good side, but the strength in depth that we have puts us in a good position.

“There was a little frustration after the weather took away the last day of play against Warwickshire, but we’ve used it to motivate ourselves further for this fixture.”

Play for today’s floodlit match starts at 4.10pm.
