Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club's Head of Community Sport Tracey Francis has completed her summit of Mount Kilimanjaro, the tallest mountain in Africa.

Undertaking the challenge to raise funds for the Trent Bridge Community Trust and Nottinghamshire Cricket Board, Francis was joined by NCB Director Jayne Storey in her climb.

Francis and Storey were successful in reaching the summit, some 19,341 feet above sea level in Tanzania on Friday 19 December. After a final eight-hour climb, they arrived in blizzard conditions at minus 14 degrees celsius.

The pair have managed to raise in excess of £12,000 for the Trent Bridge Community Trust and Nottinghamshire Cricket Board, and are still accepting donations here.
