The Outlaws, who won five of their completed six matches in the competition to finish top of the group, take on the north-eastern county who finished fourth in Group A, with a 2pm start.
Last time the two sides met in 50-over cricket, Durham secured an 83-run victory in the semi-final of last year’s competition at Chester-le-Street.
The Outlaws, however, emerged victorious in each of the white ball meetings so far this season in NatWest T20 Blast, by 15 and 42 runs respectively.
