Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club have entered a new partnership with David Lloyd Leisure which will see Outlaws players benefit from its facilities in West Bridgford.

Notts cricketers will become regular frequenters of the health club in West Bridgford, working on their year-round regimes to maintain high levels of fitness.

“The variety of facilities and equipment will be an asset to our fitness training and David Lloyd is also a great place for the players to manage their bodies during the season,” said Ross Herridge, Nottinghamshire’s Strength & Conditioning Coach.

“Every player has individual needs when it comes to maintaining their high levels of performance during the season, so maximum flexibility is welcome and David Lloyd’s investment in their equipment and facilities can only be beneficial to us.”

David Lloyd Leisure General Manager Ray Burge added: “Being associated with an elite sporting organisation like Trent Bridge is great for the reputation of David Lloyds in Nottingham. If it helps Notts get results on the field, we’re also delighted about that.

“Our Clubs across the country do their upmost to help members lead active, healthy lives and having successful professional sportsmen as visible role models with support us in doing this.”
