Nottinghamshire Cricket Lovers’ society have outlined their programme of events for the coming winter.

Running from October through March, this winter’s guest speakers include Peter Moores, Nottinghamshire’s newly appointed Head Coach, Derek Brewer, CEO of the MCC and former Nottinghamshire CEO and David Steele, who represented England, Derbyshire & Northants, and was named BBC Sports Personality of the Year in 1975.

The meetings will take place in the Long Room of Nottinghamshire’s Members’ Pavilion (with the exception noted below), and all feature a quiz, beginning on Thursday 6 October, in which Peter Moores will take to the stage.

Membership for the full season costs just £10, with concessions for senior citizens and juniors. To join, simply attend an evening and sign up in person.
