Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club would kindly like to remind spectators attending the England v South Africa Investec Test match, starting on Friday (14 July), that the Eventlink Park & Ride Service from Queens Drive is no longer running to the ground for all days of the game.

Limited spaces are available in Bridge Field Car Park, priced at £10 (£8 for NCCC Members) and these can be bought in advance up until 1pm on Wednesday 12 July by calling the ticket office on 0844 811 8711*.

There is also parking available on Victoria Embankment, priced at £10, head for postcode NG2 2JY.

Alternatively a number of well-located, secure car parks are around the city centre, which can be found on the travel guide that can be viewed here.

Discounted bus travel to the ground from the city has been secured thanks to a partnership with Nottingham City Transport.

Ticket holders will therefore be able to travel on Nottingham City Transport buses for £2.50 when they show a valid match ticket or membership card to the driver.

Please note this offer is only valid on Nottingham City Transport buses in greater Nottingham, and after 9.30am.

Further information on this offer, and to plan your bus journey, is available here.

Anyone travelling by car from outside the city can take advantage of NET’s free park & ride facilities located around Nottingham.

The most convenient tram park & ride site for the A453 can be found at Clifton South (17-minute tram travel time), stopping at Meadows Embankment, where spectators can then take a pleasant walk (around 20 minutes) along the river to Trent Bridge. For more details visit www.thetram.net/park-and-ride.aspx

As an added incentive to take the tram, NET will be running its £2 return event ticket offer for all match ticket holders. To take advantage of the deal, fans need to select the Event Ticket option from the ticket vending machine before boarding the tram, and make sure they have their match ticket to hand for inspection.

There is also a tram stop at Nottingham Train Station, which is a 20-minute walk away.
