Alex Hales and Tom Moores fired the Notts Outlaws into the quarter-finals of the Vitality Blast as they came out on top in the crunch clash against the Yorkshire Vikings at Emerald Headingley.
With the winner of the match securing the final qualification spot from the North Group, the Outlaws chased down Yorkshire's total of 164-6 with an over to spare, winning by eight wickets, Hales finishing unbeaten on 71 and Moores 43*.
That came off the back of a superb display of bowling from Harry Gurney, who conceded just 16 runs in his four overs, which included the dismissal of Jordan Thompson.
