It's been a long journey for Jake Ball, one that is still not over, in his bid to regain fitness after being ruled out of the final months of the 2018 season with a back injury.

However, the 27-year-old is in an upbeat mood after returning to bowling recently and has his sights set on plenty of Specsavers County Championship scalps in 2019 when the season begins on Friday 5 April with Yorkshire visiting Trent Bridge.

Watch Ball above as he covers his ambitions to get back into the England set-up, his excitement at taking four-day cricket to Welbeck and where he is in his rehab process.
