Nottinghamshire were thoroughly outplayed on the opening day of their top of the table County Championship clash with Surrey at Trent Bridge.
The home side were skittled out for 210 before Surrey closed on 223-1 thanks to an unbeaten 97* from skipper Rory Burns and 86 from Mark Stoneman.
