Notts' new signing Ben Slater made a dream debut in his first innings for the Green and Golds at Trent Bridge today (Tuesday). The opening batsman made his fourth First Class century off 162 balls, with 18 fours.
Slater was eventually given out for 109, caught behind down the leg side off Matt Waite.
