It's hard to believe that England once lost to Ireland at a World Cup, especially with the way Eoin Morgan's men have swiped aside any national team which stood in their way on the way to world dominance this summer.

However, during a previous World Cup campaign in 2011, Kevin O'Brien etched himself into Irish folklore with a knock that stunned England on their way to a shock group stage exit.

From 111 for 5, O'Brien's ensured Ireland recovered to complete their record chase of 327, going to a 50-ball century on the way, the fastest ever in World Cup history in an innings which consisted of six maximums and 13 fours.
