Brett Hutton emphasised a team-first approach having bowled Notts to an advantage on day two of the LV= Insurance County Championship clash against Lancashire, setting up a tantalising final two days in what could prove to be a crucial game in Division One.

After swinging the momentum Notts' way on the evening of the first day with two late Wickets, Hutton returned to take three more through the first two sessions, and his seam accomplices Dane Paterson and Luke Fletcher combined to dismiss the remaining five.

It marked Hutton's second landmark haul of the season, but he credited his teammates for maintaining the pressure which allowed him to reap the rewards, and praised Ben Duckett for extending the Green and Golds lead heading into the third day, with a swift 44.
