Outlaws openers Joe Clarke and Alex Hales will return to Australia this winter after securing placed in the 12th edition of the BBL.
Clarke, Melbourne Stars’ Player of the Season last winter after notching five fifties, will return to the side helmed by David Hussey for a second season.
Hales, meanwhile, is set to extend his lengthy association with Sydney Thunder, for whom he has scored 1,502 runs and hit 12 scores of fifty or more.
The duo will be joined by the likes of Liam Livingstone, Rashid Khan and Trent Boult in the Australian T20 tournament, which is set to commence with a clash between Hales’ Thunder and Clarke’s Stars on Tuesday 13 December.
The competition’s showpiece will take place on Saturday 4 February.
