Peter Moores cut a satisfied figure after Nottinghamshire completed a block of red-ball cricket with a resounding win over Sussex.

The Head Coach hailed James Pattinson's quality and aggression, and described Dane Paterson's game-changing removal of Cheteshwar Pujara as one of the deliveries of the season.

Moores also reserved particular praise for Haseeb Hameed and Lyndon James' brisk century stand in the hosts' second innings.
