Nottinghamshire seamer Brett Hutton has joined Surrey on a one-game loan deal, taking in the Brown Caps' fixture against the Sri Lanka Development XI which begins tomorrow (Friday 20 May) at Guildford.
Hutton is a product of the Nottinghamshire Academy, and has made 57 all-format appearances for the Green and Golds either side of a three-year stint at Northamptonshire from 2018 to 2020.
He has taken 228 first-class wickets at an average of 26.62, including 11 five-wicket hauls, and has notched 1,597 red-ball runs with five half-centuries and a top score of 74.
The fixture is the third of the Development XI's tour of England, having previously played out draws with Hampshire and Kent.
