Runs have been hard to come by across the opening red-ball contest of the summer at The Ageas Bowl, with Nottinghamshire's seam trio of Dane Paterson, Luke Fletcher and Olly Stone reaping the rewards on day two.
Each paceman ended the day with three apiece, before Ben Duckett notched the first Green and Gold half-century of the summer to guide the Notts lead up to 100, with four wickets in hand.
