Brett Hutton admitted there was still room for improvement despite taking his second five-wicket haul of the season against Lancashire at Trent Bridge.

The seamer claimed figures of 5-58, but said there was still scope to improve consistency as the Red Rose were bowled out for 214.

He also praised the fielding display from Nottinghamshire who took several impressive catches during the visitors’ demise, as well as Haseeb Hameed who finished unbeaten on 57 in trying circumstances.
