The roster of players on The Blaze’s books includes a trio of England players in Tammy Beaumont, Sarah Glenn and Nat Sciver-Brunt, while captain Kirstie Gordon and all-rounder Sophie Munro were part of England A squads during the recent winter.

The East Midlands outfit will take on Western Storm in the Rachael Heyhoe Flint Trophy on Wednesday 8 May for their second outing on the Trent Bridge, for which you can secure your seats for the mid-week clash now.

Thursday 23 May will be the squad's penultimate fixture Trentside, as the side take centre stage in a standalone fixture against Northern Diamonds in the Charlotte Edwards Cup - tickets for this fixture are on sale and can be purchased here.

“We have loved having Trent Bridge as base, and it played out in our performances last year,” Gordon said.

“I distinctly remember that opening game against Central Sparks with the crowd that came down to support and the momentum that gave us for the rest of the season.

“There is definitely something about playing at Trent Bridge, as a place we are able to call home through the year, that gives those games an extra sense of occasion and so the opportunity to play there four times in May is really exciting.”

The Blaze’s final game at Trent Bridge against Central Sparks will precede Notts Outlaws’ Vitality Blast opener against Northamptonshire Steelbacks. Ticket purchasers for this day will be entitled access to both fixtures - snap up your seats for the half-term double-header today.
