To claim your free ticket, please bring your green voucher (found in your membership pack) to the ticket office, where our friendly staff will swap it for your family pass.
Vouchers can be redeemed anytime this week - the ticket office will be open 9.30am-4.30pm on weekdays. You're also welcome to swap your voucher on Sunday, with our ticket office open from 9.30am.
If you have not received or have misplaced your voucher, kindly come to the ticket office with your junior membership card and they will be able to assist.
