Calvin Harrison will return to Northamptonshire on loan for their next two Rothesay County Championship matches.

The leg-spinning all-rounder, who turned 27 earlier this week, will make another temporary switch to Northants for a trip to Leicestershire and a home clash with Lancashire.

He previously spent time at the Wantage Road outfit this season, a spell which took in the away game against Lancashire, in which he took 14 match wickets.

Harrison also struck 56 with the bat against the Red Rose before appearing in a further match away to Derbyshire, as Northants drew both games he was involved in.

Darren Lehmann’s side currently sit seventh in Division Two, having collected 34 points from their opening three matches.
