Five-wicket hero Dillon Pennington says Nottinghamshire’s strong second day against Somerset in Taunton was the product of a team effort.
The seamer, who claimed his third five-wicket haul in Nottinghamshire whites, was pleased with his personal plaudits but stressed that the credit should be shared across the attack.
He went on to discuss the Green and Golds’ subsequent efforts with the bat, praising the value of partnerships and sharing his pride for close friend Jack Haynes’ similarly strong showing.
