"Our reach extends far beyond the boundary. Using the power of cricket, we drive positive social impact, create opportunities, raise aspirations and connect people.
"Underpinning everything we do are traditional cricket values of inclusion, teamwork and perseverance. In 2025, we strengthened the alignment between our recreational cricket activities and the Trent Bridge Community Trust under a unified “One Team” approach. This has expanded our reach, connected our programmes more clearly to community impact, and reinforced the relationship between the Trust and the Club.
"Guided by our new strategy through to 2028 and a refreshed set of values, we remain committed to creating inclusive opportunities where everyone feels welcomed, valued, and respected. By bringing recreational cricket fully under the Trust’s charitable purpose, we are better positioned to deliver meaningful, lasting impact across the game and our communities.
"This year saw strong growth across all areas of our work. Participation in women’s and girls’ cricket exceeded expectations, our workforce expanded with new coaches and officials, and investment into facilities and programmes continued to enhance the experience for players, volunteers, and families. Our community initiatives, from youth engagement and schools programmes to health and wellbeing support, have reached more people than ever before, demonstrating the power of cricket to connect and transform lives.
"As we look ahead, we remain focused on deepening our impact and extending our reach across Nottinghamshire. Together with our staff, partners, and volunteers, we are proud to continue delivering programmes that inspire, support, and create lasting change."
